They make the best muffins ever. The raspberry and blueberry muffins are phenomenal. They stay fresh for quite a few days.. is so courteous and helpful is a pleasure to order from them.
Nice place, good location. Very busy in the morning. Very good baked goods. Love their donuts... however, their tamales are horrible! Anyone that recommends this place for their tamales does know what tamales are. Their baked goods though are amazing

Been coming here for over 20 years! My family and I absolutely love this self serve family owned bakery. The baked goods are authentic and always fresh. We've tried a variety of their baked goods and tres leche cakes - everything is always delicious. They have a build-your-own torta option as well for lunch. I don't speak Spanish very well and all the staff speaks minimal English however their positive attitude and kindness is always still apparent in all of our interactions! Definitely stop by if you're in the area!
The donuts were made fresh for pick up at 4:30am. They were all gone at work. Great place.

Tamales were perfect - juicy, flavorful and reasonably priced. Best I've had in Chicago-land area thus far. Those of y'all not living around the area looking for some really good tamales I promise it's worth the drive. The second best thing about this place is the bakery. They had green and red tamales (not spicy at all, those looking for a kick won't get it here), pork, chicken and pepper with cheese. My absolute favorite were the pork tamales. I also enjoyed the chapurado
The ABSOLUTE BEST tamales here. Hands down, my favorite place out of everywhere I've been so far. They are a little pricier but for the size, taste, and quality it's worth it. Do make sure to come early if you come on the weekend because they get sold out fast. I believe they only have two kinds, chicken and pork. Both of which are phenomenal. The chicken isn't dry and has tons of flavor and the pork is just delicious. Highly recommend popping in for a couple tamales or more (I can eat a whole dozen in a few days oops).
